At Edinburg Tractor Sales, we stand behind every machine we sell. Whether you’re a farmer, homesteader, contractor, or municipal crew—we know downtime costs you time and money. That’s why we offer more than just equipment. We offer peace of mind.
Uptime Assurance
If your New Holland, Kioti , or Hustler equipment, purchased from us, requires warranty-covered service in the first 12 months, we’ll aim to diagnose the issue within 48 hours and provide a loaner unit from our available inventory for up to 7 days, subject to availability. If we can’t provide a loaner, we’ll offer a $100 credit toward your next service visit.
Service Satisfaction
If a repair or maintenance job we perform doesn’t meet manufacturer specifications or the agreed service order within 7 days of completion, we’ll re-service the issue at no additional cost, provided the equipment was used as intended.
Expert Fit Promise
If your New Holland, Kioti , or Hustler equipment, purchased from us, isn’t the right fit within 7 days of your purchase, we will give you your money back, or you may exchange it for a model of equal or lesser value, provided it’s in like-new condition with less than 10 hours of use. Exchanges for higher-value units require payment of the price difference. Subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Hassle-Free Ownership
For the first year after purchase, we’ll handle warranty claims for equipment bought from us promptly and keep you informed every step of the way. While industry factors like parts availability may cause delays, our team is committed to responsive support and clear communication.
